PATIENT PORTAL

For the convenience of our patients, we use our patient portal for patient registration and communications.

You may enter the required health information at your leisure, before your appointment, which allows our physicians and staff to be prepared when you arrive. You will be provided with instructions for setting up your portal account when you schedule your first appointment with our office.

Please be sure to log in to the portal and complete all forms before your visit and to update any health information before return visits.

FEES

As part of the consultation process, our Patient Care Coordinator meets each patient privately to discuss the fees involved with planned surgeries or procedures.  Surgical fees are due, in full, ten days before your surgery date.

For all non-surgical services, payment is due at the time of service.

Our office accepts all major credit cards, cash payments, and offers financing plans through M-Lend Financial, Care Credit, and PatientFi. Financing plans allow you the flexibility to pay for your procedure(s) over time; some plans offer 0% APR. Due to the IRS’s eligibility requirements for FSA and HSA expenses, we cannot take those cards as payment for our cosmetic services.

Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policies:

Thank you for trusting your aesthetic medical care to CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS. When you schedule an appointment with our providers, we set aside ample time to provide you with the highest quality care. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Please review our policies:

• Physician virtual or in-person surgical consultations require a $150 fee, secured with a credit card. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, you will be charged $150. If you proceed with surgery as a result of your consultation, your consultation fee will be applied to your surgical fees.
• Clinical provider virtual or in-person cosmetic consultations for injectables, lasers, or skincare services require a $75 fee secured with a credit card. If you cancel your consultation with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment with any clinical provider, you will be charged a $75 fee. The $75 fee is applied to the purchase of any products or services resulting from your consultation.
• Appointments for treatments (other than surgery) that are canceled with less than 24-hour’s notice or for which you miss your appointment will incur the following fees assessed to the credit card we have on file:
  • Physicians/Nurse Injectors = $250.00
  • Esthetician = $75.00

We understand that unique, unavoidable circumstances may cause you to cancel in less than 24 hours. Please let us know, and we will strive to accommodate special and unusual circumstances. Please speak with our Care Coordinator regarding cancellation policies for surgeries.

GRATUITIES

The entire staff of CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS provides professional services to all of our patients.  It is our policy not to encourage nor accept gratuities from our patients. Our goal is to provide excellent service; the best “tip” our staff can receive is a positive online review or referral of others.
