Megan Berrio, RN, CANS
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
A graduate of NC State University in 2004 with a BA in Business and Wake Technical Community College in 2013 with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, Megan joined CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS in 2022 as a surgical nurse. Megan came to our Practice with 13 years of experience in plastic surgery nursing and
her desire to follow her passion for being a nurse injector.
Megan has earned the National Surgical Nursing Certification Board’s Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Certification (CANS). Valid for three years and renewable, this certification is awarded after the nurse meets experience and education requirements and passes a rigorous examination. Megan is excited to receive her CANS certification to ensure exceptional care for her patients.
Megan’s patient-centered approach to nursing fits perfectly with our Practice’s philosophy of providing each patient with safe, compassionate care resulting in natural-looking results. Our patients and her co-workers enjoy her friendly demeanor, knowledge of procedures, and positive attitude. In addition, her desire to consistently meet or exceed the injectable patients’ expectations makes her an excellent fit for our nurse injector team.

Nena Clark-Christoff, BSN, RN, CANS
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
A 1985 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the UNC-Greensboro nursing program, Nena joined CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS in 2007. Nena has worked as an aesthetic nurse in plastic surgery for over 20 years, specializing in injectable treatments, skincare, and laser procedures, including Ultherapy® and Sofwave®. She is certified in most laser and injectable treatments. She has also been a trainer and speaker for Allergan (manufacturer of Botox® and Juvederm®), and she has served on the Galderma (manufacturer of Sculptra® and Restylane®) Advisory Board.
Nena has achieved Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Certification (CANS) from the National Surgical Nursing Certification Board. This certification is valid for three years and is renewable. This certification is awarded after the nurse passes a rigorous examination and meets other requirements related to experience and education. In obtaining this certification, Nena has shown her desire to excel in her profession and to pursue the highest certification, which results in exceptional patient care.
Nena brings a caring approach to her patients and enjoys involving them in their treatment plans so that they can make educated decisions. She strives to have every patient look and feel better after their service, confident that they have made the right choice. She is always willing to answer any questions and spend as much time as necessary in consultation with new patients to ensure all concerns are addressed.

Andrea Crane, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
A 1980 graduate of the nursing program at Dutchess Community College, in Albany, NY, Andrea rejoined CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS in 2015, Andrea has worked in facial enhancements for over 23 years and has advanced training in injectable treatments, skincare, lasers, and Ultherapy®. Andrea previously owned DermatechMD and worked in other plastic surgery practices.
Andrea has an artistic touch and an exacting technique that provides her patients with the most natural looking, aesthetically pleasing treatments. She especially enjoys building patient relationships and has a very loyal following. Her patients appreciate her level of experience and expertise when they have consultations with her, as she can work with them to find the best treatment option to meet their goals.

LISA Florence
Licensed Aesthetician
A 1992 graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, Lisa then attended the International Dermal Institute in Pleasanton, CA, for Certification in Advanced Skincare Technology. She also pursued advanced training at Circadia Skin under the tutelage of Dr. Michael Pugliese. Lisa additionally has training from the major skincare lines and equipment manufacturers. She recently has relocated to Raleigh and joined CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS in 2021.
Lisa has a wealth of experience to draw on to provide our clients with exceptional aesthetic services. She worked in Beverly Hills with Dr. Kurt Wagner performing pre-and post-procedure skincare. In addition, for over five years, she owned and operated her own private aesthetic practice specializing in anti-aging, acne, and curating skincare regimens for her clients. Lisa excels at developing treatment plans to meet the concerns and aesthetic goals of each of her patients.

Ashley Forrest
Business Manager
A 1994 graduate of N.C. State University with a B.S in Zoology and minor in Computer Science, Ashley joined CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS in 2022.
Ashley has over 14 years of experience in plastic surgery and medical office business management. As the business manager, she is responsible for all business aspects of the Practice. With her vast experience and business acumen, Ashley was an ideal choice to fill this newly created position. In addition, her dedication to patient satisfaction and appreciation of the Practice culture of providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment make her an asset to our patients and her co-workers. She is an active member of both the North Carolina Medical Group Management Association and theTriangle Medical Group Management Association.

Darnetta Gray, LPN
Surgical Nurse
A 2009 graduate of Somerset County Technical Institute with an LPN degree, Darnetta joined CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS 2024. Her well-rounded experience in hospital, private practice, and NC Department of Human Services over the past 16 years made Darnetta a natural choice for our surgical nursing position. She has long wanted to work in a surgical setting where she can build rapport with her patients and be part of their surgical team.
Darnetta’s excellent nursing skills and kind and compassionate demeanor, apparent when meeting her, have made her a great asset to our surgical team. She is involved in every aspect of the surgical patient’s journey, from consultation to pre-and post-operative visits, circulating in surgery, and providing detailed instructions and support for post-surgery care. Darnetta wants every patient to feel safe, comfortable, and heard by the surgical team through education about the process, the excellent care they receive, and their participation in their surgical plan.

Lorie Knowlton
Administrative & Clinical Support Specialist
A 1990 graduate of George Mason University with a BA in Communication, Lorie initially joined CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS in 2018, she then moved from NC in 2021 and has returned to us in 2024. She is also a Licensed Aesthetician having completed the program at Esthetics International in Columbia, SC. Lorie has extensive background in customer service in the medical aesthetics industry and possesses an energetic spirit that makes her ideal for this position.
Lorie assists our providers with patient services along with administrative duties. Lorie has a zest for learning and enjoys working in a setting where she has access to the wealth of knowledge of our staff and then can apply that knowledge to her patient interactions. Our patients and staff enjoy Lorie’s professional attitude, creativity, and collaborative spirit; her kindness is always apparent in her interactions with others.

Alma Ortiz
Surgical Patient Care Coordinator
A 1994 graduate of Wilbur Wright College in Chicago, with an AA in Liberal Arts, and Certification in Medical and Clinical Assisting from Winter Park Technical MA Program in 2009, Alma joined the staff of CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS 2023 as Surgical Patient Care Coordinator.
Alma has had an impressive 20+ year career in plastic surgery offices, including assisting in surgery, serving as lead Medical Assistant responsible for managing clinical staff, seeing surgical patients pre-and post-operatively, and scheduling surgery. Her vast experience in private plastic surgery practices makes her a perfect fit for our Practice. Alma’s warm and compassionate demeanor is immediately apparent in her interactions with patients and co-workers. She works closely with Drs. Gregg and Wu to ensure that surgical patients have an exceptional experience. She guides our patients through their entire journey, from the initial call to our office, throughout the consultation and surgical process. Patient education and expectations are her focus when helping patients make informed decisions. Her goal is to ensure patients are comfortable and confident in their decision-making.

Jennifer Quigley
Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Makeup Artist
A 2000 graduate of the Rizzieri Institute, an Aveda Salon Concept School, in Marlton, NJ, Jennifer joined CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS in 2012. Jennifer also trained under Master Hungarian Estheticians at Mario Badescu in NY. She has completed the Ambassador and Professional programs with SkinCeuticals®, which enables her to be a dermaplaining trainer. She has also completed advanced training with iSClinical®, Alastin® Skincare, Obagi®, and GloSkin® Beauty and has formal training or certification in Dermaplaning, Laser Hair Removal, IPL®/Photofacial, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, SofWave™, DiamondGlow®, AquaGold®, and Microdermabrasion. Jennifer is also a professional makeup artist.
Jennifer draws on her vast experience and training to tailor skin care treatment plans that meet each patient’s needs. She works with her patients to make customized skin care routines for them to follow at home so that they can maintain the results they enjoy from her treatments. Jennifer is always available to help her patients choose the proper skin care products or help them with makeup choices for each season or special occasion.

Peyton Stevens
Administrative Assistant
A 2019 Appalachian State University Beaver College of Health Sciences graduate with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Peyton joined CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant at our front desk.
Peyton came to our Practice with over five years of medical office front desk experience. Her experience and attention to detail made her an immediate asset to our administrative staff. Peyton greets everyone with a warm smile and always strives to make our patients feel welcome and have an exceptional experience by phone and in person.
As Administrative Assistant, Peyton answers phones, schedules appointments, checks patients in and out and goes above and beyond to ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and appreciated. Patients and her co-workers enjoy her ability to remain calm, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining her humor and grace.

Melissa Stockyj, BSN, RN, CANS
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
A 2011 graduate of the Oakland University School of Nursing, in Michigan, Melissa joined the staff of CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS in 2019. She has twelve years of experience as a nurse in the aesthetic field with the last seven years focused on injecting neuromodulators and dermal fillers. She also has functioned as a plastic surgical nurse in the operating room. She has extensive training and certification in most injectable treatments.
Melissa has attained CANS (Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist) designation from the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board. She is devoted to excellence in her field and has achieved this dual certification in both aesthetics and plastic surgery to enhance her ability to provide her patients with effective, natural-looking, optimal results.
Melissa approaches each patient with great knowledge of the facial anatomy, the ability to set realistic aesthetic goals, with the desire to educate them on the aging process and how to treat as well as prevent volume loss. She is always prepared to spend as much time as necessary with new patient consultations to address all concerns and identify realistic aesthetic goals.

Nadine Wyly, CST
Certified Surgical Technologist
A 2005 graduate of Everest University, in Tampa, FL, with an AS degree, Nadine joined CYNTHIA GREGG MD, FACE & BODY SPECIALISTS in 2022 as a Certified Surgical Technologist. She has been a surgical technologist for 17 years and was a full-time surgical technology instructor at Southern Technical College in Tampa, FL, for two of those years. Nadine’s expertise and experience are a valued addition to our OR staff.
Nadine’s passion for patient care is evident in her dedication to ensuring that patients are safe and comfortable during surgery. In addition, she enjoys meeting them right before their surgery to encourage them to feel safe and confident in their transformation journey. In this role, Nadine is the primary assistant to Drs. Gregg and Wu in our on-site fully accredited procedure suite. She is responsible for preparing the OR suite, maintaining disinfection and sterilization, setting up instruments, and anticipating the surgeon’s needs during the case. Nadine’s strong work ethic and commitment to her position are invaluable to maintaining our high standards for patient care and safety.
